Well first you want to verify that the range is getting power from your electrical outlet. It is possible that the GFCI has tripped causing no power to the outlet. Once you have verified that there is power to the range you will next need to unplug the range and remove the back panel to do a visual inspection. Verify that there are no loose or disconnected wiring. Also look for any melted wiring or parts. Also check for any burned electrical odor. There might be an inline fuse located inside the range usually located on the hot side of the incoming electrical wire. Verify that this fuse is not blown. If the fuse is bad then you could try replacing it but if it blows again then there might be a short somewhere. And make sure you replace the fuse with the same rating that you removed. If the fuse is good then you might have a bad control board.
The fuse is usally wired in-line and might be taped up with electrical tape and/or in a clip style plastic fuse housing. You will need to trace the wires back from where they come into the range. They are usually held in place with slip-over connectors and the fuse will look like the old style ones that were in old cars. Sometimes you can find replacement fuses at retail stores but you may need to goto a appliance parts store or on-line retailer to locate the fuse. When you inspect the fuse they are clear glass and have a wire that runs through the middle of them. The wire should not be broken or look burned. You can also test the fuse with a continuity tester to verify if it is good.

SOURCE: smell gas no heat
hi thanks for the question yes this problem is very popular in gas ovens even though theigniter lights up its not hot enough to ignite the gas and also with this problem it wont reach the set tempeture thanks the appliance doc
SOURCE: Oven will not light but smell gas
i think you probably have a weak ignitor. does the ignitor glow orange?
if
it does, or i should say when it does, just tap lightly on the gas
valve and see if that causes the gas to flow into the burner and then
light.
you can use the handle of a screwdriver to tap with and it wont need to much force.
if
this does work, then just replace the ignitor. when they get weak they
will glow, but wont draw enough current thru the gas valve to allow it
to open. your valve does get voltage but it opens when enough current
draw opens the bi-metal portion of the valve to allow gas to flow.

A few months ago I lost one igniter on the left front burner. It clicks and gas flows but wont ignite. Now when I turn on the left back burner, the gas still flows but I hear clicking on the right side, not from that burner. It wont light either.
