Download the user manual to your TV. It will have all details about the reset process. It it do not help you, visit this site named 'Electro-help'. Check this link and select the site. Check for DC output at D653, if you have voltage there find Q682 and measure the voltage at the emitter. You should get 5 volts.
Just a question, if you are missing the 5 volts; do you have any other functions on the TV not working?
