Question about Washing Machines
I only use bleach or softener on very rare occasions. So I was puzzeled when I noticed the two dispenser cavities filled with, presumably, water one day. Prior to the start of the cycle I removed the water with a towel so that they were almost dry. Now, I didn't check when they cycle ended (silly me) but when I went to do the next load there was water there again. I have tried depressing the bleach button to no avail. Anyone have any ideas what is going on? SOFTNER DISPENSOR FILLS UP WITH WATER AFTER WASH. TOOK DISPENSOR OUT AND CLEANED IT AND SOAKED IT IN HOT WATER FOR AN HOUR. I THEN PUT IT BACK IN BUT IT STILL FILLED UP WITH WATER AFTER THE WASH. I HAD SERVICE COMPANY COME IN AND HE SAID THEY HAVE CLEANED THEM ALSO BUT HAD TO COME BACK LATER ON FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. SO SERVICE PUT IN A NEW DISPENSOR. WE RAN A WASH THE NEXT DAY AND IT FILLED UP WITH WATER AGAIN. ANY OTHER SOLUTIONS OU THERE.
What u need to do is take the soap drawer out totally u need to put under the hot tap pull the containers out of the soap drawer and clean out everywhere what happens is the containers have small slits underneath them and when these get blocked it doesnt let the water run out using hot water and a brush to clean everywhere will sort this problem out this is a problem for all washers
