From what you have described your Frigidaire dishwasher is not draining. Before contacting a professional technician I would advise you to check the filter at the bottom of the dishwasher tub or your drain line to assure there is no restriction. The filter is located at the bottom of your tub under the spray arm. If that is dirty it could cause your dishwasher to not drain. Additionally if your drain line has a clog or restriction it will not allow water to pass through. If both components appear to be clear I would recommend having a professional technician out to perform a diagnosis. This will help to avoid any unnecessary part purchases.
