Question about Dell 942 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I can't print anything. Whether it's in word or from the internet but it'll copy with no problem. I get an error message...Can't communicate. I've checked all the connections. What else should I do?
Remove the printer,,and then re add it under control panel. You may need to re install the print management software again. And isolate that printer with it's own power strip, and plug directly into the wall outlet. Power plays heck with printers. Got backup?
