how many wires? 2 or 3?

go to local part store get belt ..then pull it up on you tube

that isn't a model number,open the door to the dryer,look around the opening where you put the clothes in and send the full model number,

This is the plastic "wheel" on the motor that drags the drive belt to spin the dryer. you will need to push back into place with something thin. under the right hand side of the dryer there will be a grill under the motor. look for a black plastic "wheel" and move it away from the casing with something that can fit through the grill.

If you are getting 240v on all element connections then you are missing a neutral and the element will not heat.
Please check this and post your findings.

Most likely to be a faulty start capacitor.
This a round plastic cylinder adjacent to the motor.
This gives the motor a kick start.
