Question about HP Pavilion M70 17" CRT Monitor
Just check the power cable from the monitor is connected properly or not try reconnecting it...
may be there is some loose contact in power cable............
check the cable which connects the cpu from the monitor is connected properly check whether is there any loose contact try reconnecting it...........
if problem persists then there is a problem with operating system try reinstalling it....
