"Error 1068 Could not start the Printer Spooler on... (by 2 users)

Hiya,

I've recently had a problem with my printer, when I try to print something, it says I don't have one installed.

I've tried to reinstall my printer, but when I try to uninstall it, it comes up with the error message

"Processing cannot be continued because the printer spooler service has been stopped. Restart the system to start the printer spooler service, then try again"

My Printer Spooler is definity at Automatic, because I already phoned them and my settings seemed to be correct.

However, when i try to start the printer spooler the error message of:
"Error 1068 Could not start the Printer Spooler on local Computer" comes up.

will someone try help me resolve my problem?

cannot install printer says my spooler is turned off, I didn't know I had a spooler can't imagine how I turned it off, and can't find how to turn it on.
