Question about Philips GoGear SA261 MP3 Player
This can be caused if tracks have been transferred using Windows Explorer or Windows Media Player 11.
If you are running Media Player 11, it will need uninstalling to roll back to Media Player 10, otherwise, install and run the Philips Firmware/Device manager from the product CD and select the repair option.
Follow the on-screen prompts. This will format the player ready for new tracks.
