Question about Dishwashers
The water fill is timed so the gurgle is from the lack of water. if there is water going to the machine more than likely the valve is stuck shut or the panel is not sending voltage to the valve. depending on your knowlege you could take of the kick plate and test the voltage at the valve when you first turn on the machine
