You did not put the right password,
the option is to clear your CMOS utility and remove the cmos battery for 1 minute and put it back and reconfigure your standard cmos utility to right.
if you can't do it get an able hand to do it.

Why am I getting an error message "password is incorrect" I have used the same password for years

Hi!

It seems that your password that you're entering doesn't match what the computer has on file.

Have you recently changed passwords? Are you sure you're entering in the correct requested password? What are you trying to enter a password for?

Hope this helps, and feel free to reply back for additional assistance.

Forgot my homegroup passwaord

To change a homegroup password
1.
Open HomeGroup on the coputer your are trying to connect to (not the one you are tyring to connect from) by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, typing homegroup in the search box in the upper right, and then clicking HomeGroup.
2.
Click Change the password, and then click Change the password.
3.
Type the new password you want to use (or accept the suggested one), click Next, and then click Finish.

After you change the password, you can use it to connect the other computer. All other computers that were previously connected to your homegroup will be asked to enter the new password.

I'm on facebook but it won't take my password

First check that you are entering the correct user name and password by ensuring that you do not have CAPS LOCK or more specifically NUMS LOCK (trick: also enter the password in the username field to check entry). Also ensure that you do not have any sticky keys due to food particles or spilt drinks!

If you still think that you have entered the correct information, then your facebook name/password has been disabled due to you/someone else trying to enter the wrong details too many times: you will need to get your password reset by using the'Forgotten your password?' facility.

Hope it helps.

  4. Choose the Create a password link.
  5. In the first two text boxes, enter the password you would like to start using.
Entering the password twice helps to make sure that you typed your password correctly.

  7. The next screen asks Do you want to make your files and folders private?. If other user accounts will be setup on this PC and you'd like to keep your personal files private from those users, click on the Yes, Make Private button.
If you're not concerned about this kind of security or this account is the only account on your PC, there's no need to make your files private. In this case, click on the No button.
  8. You can now close the User Accounts window and the Control Panel window.
  9. Now that your Windows XP account has a password setup, you must use this password to log on to Windows XP from this point forward.
