Bump the back of the door (the part furthest from the handle) bump it inwards to close it "more" while pulling at the handle, do it a few times pulling and bumping- quite randomly and see if it opens, I expect it was slammed too hard and has knocked the latch out of alignment -which you can fix with the right spanner and a bit of trial and error.

U will have to take the inside door cover off and manualy open it. And replace the electric door locking switch. Very common problem. Get the new lock and latch assembly from dealer,
You wil have to do it from the inside, with your screw drivers and a little force though. You have to take out the door panels and reach for the jammed lock, undo it and the door will open, u can do it. Good luck.
if all the doors lock and unlock except the one sliding door then the right rear sliding door locking motor has gone out.but if both the back sliding doors did not unlock it would be a door unlock relay.
either something jammed in track/lock-- or actuator rod broke or disconnected from lock --need to remove interior door panel to get to lock release and latch check all rods and clips for damage or missing repair or replace as necessary u can manually unlock the door at latch if something was jammed or stuck in latch
