Search'ng for 2 days on 'nternet has not found anyone w'th the same problem/ My keyboard suddenly started produc'ng d'ff'erent letters from the default Turk'sh Q keyboard/ It could be to do w'th download'ng Abiword *the Open Source( programme# or 't could be a co'nc'dence/ (/ is . and ' 's i at the moment/////_/ Chang'ng the language 'n the control panel has no effect# and chang'ng language anywhere and everywhere ahs no effect and nor does delet'ng Ab'word/ I"m feel'ng frustrated/ Please help! - It's actually "control panel", "regional settings", "languages", "details" (if that's the English), and then finally the word "keyboard" appears for the first time. I deleted English and life is back to normal. Thank you!Best Solution

When you change the keyboard language on the control panel, make sure you delete ALL Other languages and leave only english or your correct keyboard layout installed.
Then restart the PC.
Then, in input locales, select "English (United States)" and in the "Keyboard Layout/IME" select "United States-international".
Don't forget to rate "FixYa" if this resolved your problem!

- You have to go to Control panel > Keyboard > "Input Locales" tab > AddThen, in input locales, select "English (United States)" and in the "Keyboard Layout/IME" select "United States-international".
