Pentax is not authorized to sell in India officially. Any cameras bought there are considered "Grey Market" and imported from other countries where Pentax is officially represented. There are no authorized service centers or showrooms in India. You can order online off of eBay or one of the major web retailers, and they will ship one to you, however there will likely be taxes and import duties associated with this. Also, the Pentax international warranty is not active in India, making repairs very expensive and requiring high shipping fees for repairs.
If you decide to buy the camera anyways, keep in mind that purchasing any lenses or other accessories will need to go through the same process as described above. Pentax may not be your best option, but rather choose a Nikon or Canon, as they are officially represented in India and you will likely have a much better experience and less hassle this way. Until Pentax is represented in India, the process of getting your gear could be very painful and expensive.
