for sending text messages : 1.go to your message settings and check the message center number to see if it is correct 2. call to your network operator customer care 3. request the message center number... 4.note it down 5. go to message settings>message center number 6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it
It has absolutely nothing to do with the sim card. It is the Puma phone the one with the issue. On mine I can send messages, but I cannot see any sms I receive, it's like it got amnesia or something, nor I can see any message I send, I can only send it but afterwards the phone won't display anythnig!!
Call the service provider. Text messaging does not require specific server settings, so it could be an issue with the account. Give that a try, also if you have an option for GSM or GPRS, use GSM switched SMS sending. Still though, if this has just happened, I would contact the carrier.
try this go into network settings and try connecting to a diferent provider ie if your on orange, try connecting to o2 ir vice versa then restart phone, you could also check sms settings somewhere in settings there is option to reply via same service centre ,,disable this option. hope this helps.
