This may be noise due to picture(s) taken indoors, or out, in low light. This camera is not the best in low light and the flash is only good to about 12 ft.

TZ stands for Travel Zoom, meaning for mainly Travel outdoor senery shots where large Zoom is also handy. Read manual for lower light indoor/night shots.

Camera makes overexposed pictures wiht lines can this be a software problem ?

Nope, this is a hardware problem and the camera needs to be worked on. Notice how your display works fine but the finished product exhibits the anomaly. The recording end is messed up.

The zoom on my Kodak V1073 seems to fluctuate and won't return to wide angle when pressing down on toggle. Half of my pictures are fuzzy even on smart photo.

I have the same exact problem. It started doing that on my camera about 2 months after I had. For 10 mega pixels the picture quality really isn't that great, nor is the quality of the camera itself.

Hi,
it sounds as if you may have the picture quality set to draft, its worth a check, especially if printing is ok. Does it print colour writing well too or just black, one of the colour inks may have a block or be low, go into printer settings menu and check what print quality its set for.

This is no solution but a point in a probable direction.

A tech guy told me ALL the LCDs they have seen in their repair shop have "swollen" capacitors, this is due to voltage instability. Lowering the internal voltage regulator and replacing the swollen capacitors (which eliminate noise) apparently restores the LCD to new working quality. Without actually "seeing" my problem the tech said that should repair it. I have not tried this yet but eventually will begin that way.

It is the setting on your camera ,if you set at (2592x1944) superfine ,you were only can take 11 picture. So if you want to take more pictures ,try set to lower resolution. Below is the setting table: Reso Quality Approx.file size # images on 32MB card Large (2592 x 1944) Superfine 2.4 MB 11 Fine 1.4 MB 21 Normal 695 KB 43 Medium 1 (2048 x 1536) Superfine 1.6 MB 18 Fine 893 KB 33 Normal 445 KB 67 Medium 2 (1600 x 1200) Superfine 1002 KB 30 Fine 558 KB 54 Normal 278 KB 107 Small (640 x 480) Superfine 249 KB 119 Fine 150 KB 195 Normal 84 KB 336
