Question about Visioneer 9020 Flatbed Scanner
My 9020 scanner power supply died, so I replaced it. Now it keeps saying it is locked, when it isn't. I have tried locking and unlocking, then rebooting. It still won't change. Any ideas or is it time to buy a new scanner?
Is this an exact power supply as the original? not all supplies are created equal. some are regulated, and some aren't. is the supply ac or dc
