I haven't used this for a while and now I can't work out what I need to do to turn the switch on - it seems to be stuck. Can you help me please?

I use this Champion juicer all the time. I constantly oil it but now it's stuck and can't be loosened. What do I do???

lubricate all the switches by using the spray type lubricant or similar contact cleaner that would not leave any residue to contacts
