Wii Reset I think there is something wrong with my wii, or maybe because I'm using a japanese Wii. first of all when I click on the "home" it'll only show the option "Wii Menu" I can't see "reset" or "operation guide". well, so I thought if I goto setting screen and try to fix it, but here is the thing...when I click on Wii screen it didn't give me any option...I was moved to a page says "Wii not connected to internet" what's going on...HELP please

We are having a problem with a new game . Smooth Moves it hangs when we try to start the game and we have to remove the power to get control of the Wii. No options in the Setup Menu only refers to Connect to Internet etc. Game not faulty and GAME wont refund . It is a Japnesse model as well

How do you connect the wii to the internet?

Ok. If you have internet at your home already then, what you need to do is go to the main menu where it shows all the "channels" you have. At the bottom left will be the wii options menu click it, go to wii settings, click the right arrow once click internet, click connection settings. Pick which connection you want it doesnt matter which one you pick. So click one and if you have wireless internet click wireless and click search for an access point and your internet connection from your house should show up if not that is something wrong with the router not the wii at all. Save the settings and click ok for connection test if asks for a wii update hit no and then when it takes you back click at the top use this connection and you will be good to go with the connection

I am sorry but the Japanese Wii has no option for English language menus. All Wii menus will be in Japanese.

I bought a cheap Wii that does not include Wii Sports. I borrowed a Wii Sports game but it will not play in that console. However, I am able to play Wii Fit and Zelda in it. Recently I went out and bought...

Maybe the Wii Sports game only works from where it was with the console. The Zelda and the Wii Fit game, not so sure. It could be the game, possibly dusty or something. Try cleaning the disc and see what happens. Hope that helps.

Is japanese wii compatible with english wii fit?

No it does not. You can't play European games either for that matter, only Japanese games.
However there is a way around it, though it's a bit complicated and you'll need Zelda Twilight Princess (japanese version in your case) and an SD card.

Information can be found here: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Twilight_Hack#Download (used to install the Wii Homebrew Channel)
and used in combination with this:
http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Homebrew_Channel/Help (Wii hombrew channel install files)
and finally this:
http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Homebrew_apps/GeckoOS (homebrew application allowing you to play games from other regions)

If you need any help I'll walk you through it. This isn't endorsed by Nintendo whatsoever. No warranty on this at all. I have done it myself and there have been no adverse effects.
