Can't access my routers configuration panel

I have just gotten a Allied Telesyn AT-RG634A residential gateway router and i cant access its cofiguration panel with just the default gateway address in the web browser. I need to get the Wan IP to have a program work but cant access this. Any idea what else i might have to put in the web browser bar beside the default gateway adress?

If you want IP address of your wan port you can go to your command portion & just type a ? mark and then enter. You can get the proper command of this oparation. If you want your internet IP Address you can get it from the Internet connection icon / Call your ISP.
Better you try this & message me about results. I think IT ned some more discussions.

Dear, i have allied telesyn 4port rauter, i have change my password. and i forget the password now. please help me soon, what i want to do now?

Easiest way is to reset your router to factory settings which if you hold the reset button in for 30 seconds this should do. Your username and password will both be admin then and you will need to re-setup your router.

Ip default at-wa1104g

Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable then you can access it with following default link. http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.15.1 or http://192.168.2.1 If you are not able to access it with above ip then check your computers ip address gateway ip is your router ip try with it. Then it ask for user name and password. Type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or "password" or blank. Then you can see configuration page of router. Then configure wan settings and lan settings enable wireless if you want to use wifi . Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks for using FixYa.

What is the IP address of the router? Can you still ping that IP? Try a different computer to access the router.

To ping:
Go to start >run>type cmd
Type ping IP of the router
If you get 4 replies it means it communicate properly

AT-AR220E needs to be reset every few minutes

Please check the connectivity to the Router (By ping to gateway IP from PC). If that is ok (no packet loss) check the line condition.
