install other antivirus there are many antivirus available ... for example : avast antivirus,(home edition is free for downloading and registering online ...) you can download the trojan remover from some of these sites(if you are sure it s the trojan ...)
first get any anti-virus I prefer F-SECURE, then load on your computer then update it after u pdate then perfom a full system scan then it will detect all the viruses,then choose delete option the it will remove all the viruses from your computer.Inform us after u try this solution.
