Question about Konica Minolta magicolor 2400 Laser Printer
Had the problem before and support had me download a driver (I think) Said they had found problems with the printer losing its connection. It gives me an error on the printer looks like a lightning bolt or a paper jam. it will not pick up the paper but attempts to. You can hear the stuff turning but it wont pull the paper in. I can manually turn shaft and get the paper to start - I think it is out of rotation and will not continue after I install the cartridge.
Dont understand your problem quite well, but, for a connection problem, update driver, change usb cable and last if nothing helps, update firmware.
for a paper take up problem,:
turn off printer,
remove drum cartridge,
under that there is take up roller, pull the knob and move the roller to right, then you can pull the take up roller out.
first try to clean it and also clean plate under the take up roller. if thats not helping, then you have to cut the biger (larger) plastic sides of the take up roller a little smaller..
