Question about JVC TH-C30 System
Watched a DVD, then, when ejecting it, the tray came out empty. Now it won't open up at all, for any of the trays, and, after opening the system, we could see the DVD was sticking out of the back. Can't figure out how to get it out or open any more. Any solutions?
I had the same problem. They charge an arm and a leg for stupid basic repairs. These HTIB systems are all crap and have a lifespan of 1.5 years

Well all you have to do is Hold down the power button along with eject button on the unit. If this does not do it you have to take apart the unit or have someone service it for you.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
