Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

The left part of the headphone is not working

Can have several causes. The amplifier can be defect. The connection to the amplifier entry can be loose. There ca be some oxidation or dirt in the connector. The plug on your headphone can be defect. There can be a little break in the cable, the connection to the speaker in the headphone can be loose and the speaker can be defect.
Try excluding every part. Like try another headphone on the same amp. If that one works, you only have to concentrate on the headphone. But if you don't have electronic skill and not used to opening electronic equipment and don't have a multimeter, it will be impossible to find what is wrong.

The battery in the headphones is most likely not taking a charge anymore and will need to be replaced with an equal value rechargeable battery

  2. Sounds and audio devices
  3. The Audio tab

Labtec headphone how to get it to work.

Sometimes you need to "burn in" your headphones. Used headphones usually produce a better sound than new ones. Simply let it play some music continuously. I usually burn in my headphones with some AM/FM static.
After a while, the sound should improve.
Good luck!
