Question about Acer Aspire 5002WLCi Notebook
I have had my acer extensay 5420 for 7 days. It will black out for no reason. Is this fixable or do I need to return it? If I return it do I get the same model OR something totally different.

Could it be that your power saving is set to be too aggressive? From the control panel you should be able to check the power properties, and change the settings if that is what is causing the problem. So, for example, if the system were set to hibernate is 5 minutes, you could increase that to 20 min - or whatever is most comfortable for you.
If the power properties are not the problem, it could be the battery, the power cable, or some other serious system issue. I would certainly get it fixed while you can still return the machine - and it might be a sign that that particular machine might not be for you.
