Hi

To reply your query in short. If you have any of the following versions of server it would support the maximum RAM upto 4 GB.

Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition
Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition SP1
Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition SP2
Windows Storage Server 2003
Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition
Windows Small Business Server 2003

If you are using : Windows Server 2003, Web Edition
It will support only 2 GB of RAM

Upgrade win 2003 32 bit to 64bit

You Must do a complete Install there is no other way around this. You must do a complete clean install of the x64 bit server. There is no install-in-place option and the program file system format is different for the 32 and 64 bit versions.

Microsoft suggests this and I have had at least one of my friend's question me on this issue.

In my opinion, using Windows Password Reset Software or free Ophcrack is the best method to reset Windows server 2008 password.
Windows Password Reset Software is such software that you can reset forgotten Windows password for Windows 7/XP/Vista by burned CD/DVD/USB. It is professionally designed to reset lost password with less time-consuming and 100% recovery guaranteed. Also it can reset windows password for Windows Server 2008/2003/2000.

New to exchange server 2003

Hello there!
First things First!
1) you always going to have problems with exchange servers, or migrations. ** systems are not perfects**
2) You can migrate the emails to the new server, but, if only are in the correct version of Exchange 2003.
3) if backup is damage or fail, you lost everything.
4) try to reinstall the Server, and all utilites, is better, I know takes more time, but is better because you created yourself.
I suggest you to install from scratch!
Good luck
