Question about Logitech Z-5300 Computer Speakers

1 Answer

I have TXH Z-5300 How do I hook it up to the computer.

I unhooked the system and moved it upstairs. It did have a patch to a EMU box. I am dicontinueing the EMU and would like to hook the system up direct. I don't have the manual. Can you tell me where to plug it in. I made sure nothing was muted.

I'm running Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition.I have 1.83 GHZ and am running 512 MB Ram. If you could give me some schematics or ideas where I'm supposed to be coming out of the computer and into the subwoofer It would be appreciated.

Hello
First things first:
1) You only need the cable to use the speakers downstairs, I presume, a long cable to put in the input (output) on your system, thats it! but need to know from where to where you going to move your speakers to determin the long cable.
good luck

Hi, sounds like you determined the problem is not with the thermostat. That leaves the furnace that serves downstairs. What type heating system do you have?

I moved our computyer from downstairs to upstairs.

Power supply is bad,,

You can try to unplug the main motherboard plug, then plug back in,, It should last as long as it stays pluged into the wall.

Keep it pluged in when you do this,,

Will not work connected to telephone using adaptor

This recorder is designed to be used on analog phone lines with the included adapter. If you have a digital type phone system it will not work by plugging it into the wall jack. It may even damage the recorder.

To record YOUR calls you need the handset adapter which hooks in between the handset and your phone then patches into the recorder.

You can get one at SpyGadgets.com

No sound from computer speakers

Make sure that you have the speaker plugged into the GREEN jack on the back of the computer or sound card. If they are not color coded then make sure it is plugged into the speaker out. Pink is for the mike and Blue is or plain is for input. You probably already know this but sometimes it helps to know if your not sure. Hope this is of some help. Bud
