Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
My phone freezes when i try to type a text message. Right when i push the first button thats when it freezes for about 5 minutes. Anything that has to do with typing WORDS it freezes, this barely started happening yesterday when i received a voice message. How can i fix it without having to reset my phone? if i do reset my phone will i lose all of my information that is stored on the phone??
I had the same problem with my Razr.
What happens is that your user dictionary, the one that predicts what text you write, runs out of memory and that's why you can type numbers but not words.
The solution is to download an m-explorer to access your Razr files. Then, you need to delete itap_user dictionary, restart your phone, and it should work. Hope this helps.

Try deleting some text messages, especially your outbox and unused files on your phone.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
