Good day! Try to follow these steps on how to do duplex printing using the Print Properties settings. With a document open, click File, Print. In the Print dialog, click Properties (or Preferences, or Options, or Setup) button. The Print Properties screen appears. You'll see three main menus: Quality/Copies, Paper Setup and Print Layout. In Print Layout, select Duplexing to print on both sides of the paper. Hope this helps.
Someone has changed the settings on the unit. If you go into Additional Functions press set on Common Settings scroll to Paper feed switch and set it for Speed Priority not Print Side for each category. The only other thing that would cause this is that each individual setting was set for 2-sided in which case you would want to checkAdditional Functions and each one Copy Settings, Printer Settings and Fax settings.
Go here. In the search box in the center of the screen, type "print with black ink only" and click Search. Choose the appropriate link, and you will get instructions for printing from either Windows or Mac.
