Lately when people call my phone it cuts on and off and my voice mail says its not a working number. It also goes in and out off service and I have always had great service where I live with verizon. How can I fix this problem.

RAZR v3m is not compatible with T-Mobile, as it is a CDMA phone, used on services such as Verizon, Sprint, Cricket, etc. The v3m is not a GSM phone and does not have a SIM card, and therefore cannot be used on GSM services such as T-Mobile and AT&T (Cingular).
T-Mobile does have a RAZR v3, but it is not a v3m. The v3m is similar to the v3s, which is also a CDMA phone, but adds a micro SD card to store music and photos on.
Okay hopefully by now you guys have figure it out but for other who haven't yet... in your list of contacts select and edit the contact you want in position #2 scroll down till you see speedial or the lighnting symbol.. thats where it is set up.
you can have them replaced the flexcable also allow them to reflash your phone for you....this should correct the issues you are having with the phone...just take it to any mobile service center and have them repair it for you there.
the voice mail should be automatically enabled with your phone provider, but sometimes it can take upto 12 hours for your number to be set up fully.
If you mean you want to set up a specific message you have to call your voicemail number, normally a o-o type symbol on your keypad and then follow the instructions in the retrieval service to change your message or options.
