Question about IOGear (GBU211) Bluetooth Wireless Adapter
This may sound silly, but did you turn bluetooth ON in your phone and detect the adapter?
I assume Windows here, so I would suggest you unplug it, uninstall the drivers, reboot, reinstall the drivers, then plug it back in. Don't plug the adapter into the usb port until the drivers are installed first.
