We installed some dkt 2020's in our office. They are on the dk 40 system and everything works except that only one of the phones rings on incoming calls. Is there a program to tell the system to ring to all stations?
Do all of the lines appear on all the extensions? if so, the procedue is fairly complicated, you need to go into the programming on port 05, then go into program 04 and get all of the port numbers for each extension, then in program 81-89 you need to select each when you want the co to ring, in either day 1,2 or 3, and complete for each co line that you want to ring

The DKT 2020 was used what a few different Toshiba systems. Users guides were referenced to the model and version of the systen rather than the model of the telephone. With that in mind, here's a link for a DK280 system, Most of the features should work ok.
I think this feature is dependent on your system - the phone display is in agreement with the entire network. Check to see what system your phone is on - ours is a Strata DK-280 - and then search Google to find a total solution to changing time.
The phone you have DKT2020-SD can be used on many different Toshiba phone systems. For a phone all you will find are user guides. You need to find out which phone system you have and look for the manual for the system. All the Toshiba phone systems say "Toshiba" plus the description on the front cover. Example: "Toshiba Strata DK-280"
Not sure what you plan to change but programming can be quite difficult if you have no experience with it. It does depend a lot on which system you have. Many of the newest systems require special programming software.
Usually the operator's extension is the programming extension. Ext 200 is the default operator's extension.
You dial 200 and it rings a phone line not an individual phone? Do you know what your extension numbers are? (Some people never use them and do not know) If you do know some or all of your extensions, what is the lowest extension number?
For me to get you specific information, it would help to know which Toshiba phone system you have. (Not a phone) The systems all program differently. Did you obtain the manual recently and are you sure it is the correct manual for your specific Toshiba system? Again, the system is not a phone and your phone's model number does not narrow it down. All the Toshiba phone systems have a name and number on the front cover. Example: "Toshiba Strata DK 280"
It's not as easy on this sytem as many other's. It will depend on your main control unit so you need to know what Toshiba system you have. It may depend on the software version as well. The part number of the phone will not help because it can be used on many different Toshiba phone systems.
