I HAVE A DELL INSPIRON 1525 WITH MICROSOFT VISTA AND A HP DESKJET 5400 SERIES PRINTER THAT WILL NOT LOAD ON VISTA

I would try removing your current driver and then downloading the latest driver from www.hp.com . Make sure you select the current version of Vista.
