Question about Zenith XBR716
When I burn a DVD from a VHS, the disk will sometimes give an error message during the finalization phase of burning. After this error occurs, the DVD cannot be read at all, even on the Zenith burner.
Bad Disk batch is the most common problem if it is occuring with the same batch of dvds. Other problems could include that you need to get a firmware upgrade for higher speed discs. If you are using a disc that burns faster than the current speed of the machine you need to download the upgrade (follow the directions that are given in most dvd blank packs) and insert the CD that you downlaoded the program onto into the DVD player/recorder.
