go to RUN > msconfig > startup > uncheck IM32FAX.DLL >ok >restart Then get Killbox to remove it forever. Download and use it. It will delete any file even locked ones. killbox.net
If you have a lexmark printer then this is from that program. try uinstalling and reinstalling printer software. remember to unplug the usb on your printer until the software tells you to plug it in.
start > run > msconfig > ( on the top ) startup > remove fax servece For a quick fix follow the above steps to turn off the fax service(unless you need the fax service running) The missing dll file may be from your printer/scanner (if lexmark I would say definatley) Try reinstalling the printer software to repair(uninstall them first).

If you are using Internet Explorer 6, you would need to download and install the Epson Web-To-Page Utility for you to be able to successfuly print from the Internet. Otherwise, you might to give Adobe a call just to properly uninstall the Adobe software (clean uninstallation) just to isolate the issue, if uninstalling and reinstalling the Adobe software and Epson printer driver doesn't help this maybe a case wherein you need to contact Microsoft or Apple since its considered an OS Issue.
