I think the theme that you have just downloaded carries a virus and brought it to your phone since it is also not compatible with your handset model.
Where did you store the theme?
if you saved it in your memory card, copy all the other files that you have there and save it first to your computer. Once you are done doing it, go to My Computer, locate your memory card, click the right-click and then choose format so that your memory card will be cleared.
After clearing the memory card, you may transfer all your other files to your memory card, except for the incompatible theme..
