Universal remote code

I cannot find the code list for my universal remote from my bell satellite controller
Bell, 3.2 IR, & 137181 are the only distinguishing indicators. I have googled this and can't find the codes.

Help please & thanks

Code 720# for my 26" insignia tv on me bell remote 3.2 IR - 137181 and it worked for me. Click on link choose the type of remote you have.
