How to multitask with the samsung impression ? on the directions there is a ''key'' you are suposed to push to multitask..but i dont see the button anywhere ..while on the phone..while on the web..? help!!

You need to take it back and have them reset your windows, or try this:

1.open window
2. close window
3. hold button up for a few seconds
4. release button
5. push button up again briefly.

take out the battery. under the batter there should be a small white square (or circle) if you cant see one but there is a red one the handset may have moisture damage.

just push the key on the phones lower right hand with this sign (.)

use the shift button on the qwerty keyboard and on the screen keyboard, to go back to small letters just push/tap the shift button again.

Hi! Most probable the software is broken, so you need to go to a specialized service and get it resofted.

From the main screen type in *#6984125*# which brings up the Administration Menu. Choose option 3 (Network Settings) then option 2 (Network Mode) then GSM Only and press Select. Press the call end button to get back to the main screen. If there was a 3G or 3G+ icon in the upper left corner of your main screen, it should be gone now.
