Question about Audio Players & Recorders

1 Answer

RCA,RP9328A,Audio System We got this in our "new" used RV. The clock blinks constantly. I would like to have an owner's manual. But at least, I would like to be able to set the clock without staying up until midnight.

We don't know how to operate any of this audio system. Have been trying to play CD's but nothing happens. The radio works.

Cannot set the clock just like the other users/

I can play CDs, the radio and have the DVR sound run through this so the sound plays in the rig, but cannot set the clock or turn off the alarm. Also volumes are way off balance if anybody knows how to turn down the volume on the FM radio compared to the AUX input.

I did the following to set the clock:

1. Press the Timer/Clock button until "CLOCK" shows, blinking, on the display.
2. Press Set/Demo. The hour indicator on the clock should start blinking.
3. Use the "Track/Tuner Forward" and "Track/Tune Backward" keys to
set the hour.
4. Press Set/Demo. The minute indicator on the clock should start blinking.
5. Use the "Track/Tuner Forward" and "Track/Tune Backward" keys to
set the minute.
6. Press Set/Demo twice. (Pressing once moves to the timer set mode.)

What is the universal remote code for an RCA RP-9316 Audio system?

Please let me know what brand your universal remote is and the model so I can further help you. Usually, there is a sticker under the battery cover that tells you what model it is. I would be glad to help.

How to set clock for jvc-pc-xc50

I have a JVC pc-xc30. Essentially the same device - I believe the owners manuals are the same as well. I am in the process of hunting one of those down.

To answer your question - I have found no way to set the clock with the buttons on the JVC PC-XC50/XC30 Portable CD System. This was done using the remote control. If you search for a RM-RXC30 (for my model) you can still find replacement remotes. On the remote there is a button for clock set and timer set along with down and up buttons.

JVC RV-B90 Boombox,How many watts in RMS and how much?

If you can believe what they say about the specs...

Register and download the manual for free at retrevo.com

http://www.retrevo.com/support/JVC-RV-B90GYJ-manual/id/316ag201/t/2/

Bear in mind the power spec is at >>>> 10% <<<< THD without any bandwidht specified. THAT's a lot of distortion stated in a meaningless fashion to convince you to part with the money.

If one looks at the power CONSUMPTION figure (43 watts), one can conclude that the audio power spec is totally fabricated. NO device puts out more power than it consumes.

That is not to say it won't sound good and loud in certain settings and conditions, but this is not, say, a Bose Acoustic Wave Music System. After a certain volume demand it will just be annoying instead of entertaining. That's why they called this class of product a Ghetto Blaster.

I see one sold for $70 last year...

Can I easily transfer data ie audio files from recorded music cassettes to the CD or USB with any of Sony cd/cassette player?

Cassettes don't contain 'files' or data.

The analog audio can be recorded to a CD.

For this specific model, it's all in the manual...

No usb on this one.
