Question about Cell Phones
Just recently my phone takes about 3 days to charge a single bar. This is with a new battery and a new charger. It shows its charging when on but not when it's off like it used to,(with pic of battery on front screen showing charging). But leaving it on takes down the charge faster than it charges,lol ! I emailed verizon on this matter but have heard nothing from there 24 hr service,(or is that 24 days),whatever. Any sugjestions ?
If your phone won't charge via your computer using a USB cable or via your pickup via a car charger, will it charger via the regular travel charger (i.e., plugged into the wall)? If it won't charge that way either, then the issue is with the connection or with the battery. If you replace the battery and it still doesn't charge, then the problem is with the connection. If this is the issue, then I would suggest replacing your phone, especially if it is 2 years or older. If it is a new phone and under 12 months old, then I would suggest getting a warranty replacement from your provider. If it is older, and you don't want to replace it, then try gettin a new battery, however, if it still doesn't charge, then like I said previously, it is the connection and it would be less expensive to replace the phone then to repair the connection. It would be nice to know what make and model...
But I would search google for people or forums with similar problems with that Make and Model.
