The original remote is no longer produced but there are decent aftermarkets that will work as well. You need a 434 Mhz programmable remote. Here is a nice one right here
http://autotechs.com/items/item1940.htm
look under your dash on the driver side get the model number of the actual unit then go to www.crimestopper.com go to support tab click manuals and manuals again and find the model number you found under your dash the problem with this remote is that the cs34-ii is used on many different units this was told to me buy the tech support from crimestopper. you can try to reset your remote if that does not work maybe your remote just needs replaced
the cs34-ii is a universal remote you have to look under your driver side dash and get your unit model number then go to www.crimestopper.com go to the support tab go to manuals and then manuals again and look for your model number that you have got from under your dash and then you should be able to get things straight i got this info from calling the crime stopper's tech support
there is no manual for this remote you have to look under your dash and get the model number off of the actual unit the go to www.crimestopper.com and go to the support tab and then manuals and manuals again and look for the number you got from under your dash i got this info from the tech support of crime stopper which is also on the page
the problem with this remote is that it is used for a bunch of different models you have to look under the dash and get your unit model number and then check the crime stopper manuals for that units number you do this at www.crimestopper.com under support tab click on manuals and manuals again and then choose the model number you found under your dash
the remote is universal so it can work for many so this is what you have to do look under your driver side dash get the model number off of the unit and go to www.crimestopper.com and then support tab where you will find a manuals click on that and there will be another spot that says manuals click on that and then find the model number you fund under your dash all this info was given to me by the tech support from crime stopper's and you can find that number on the same page
