Xbox 360-Red to Green

Last month I had the hardware of my Xbox 360 repaired because the 3 red lights had come up. When we received the Xbox 360 back, the first game we played on was 'Assassin's Creed.' However, I found that when in game play, things that were meant to be red were green. For example, at the start when the logo of the actual game appears, instead of having the word 'Creed' red, it was green and the belt of the assassin, which is meant to be red, is green as well. Another thing relating to this was when in gameplay I attack someone, their blood is green instead of red. What can I do to solve this?

Look on the back of your tv and make sure that the red and blue cables are plugged into the right slot on the back of your tv. This would be the most common cause for something like this that you are describing.

Blinking red light.Checked all cables. I replaced Hard drive...still problem exists. Wondering if power supply could be problem

When one light from the four lights ring itself changes from green to red, it means that a general hardware failure has occurred or is imminent. Blinking of one red light with an error message like E66, E67, E68, E71, E74 or E77 means a repairable problem while the one red light blinking without error message means some critical or irrepairable problem. The problem can be avoided by restarting the Xbox 360 console but if you have not received any error message with one blinking red light then the problem is irrepairable. The console will behave the same way and you should understand that one or more of the hardware components in your console have stopped functioning due to hardware failure. If you receive an error message with one red light blinking then the problem is reparable and the system will definitely start working. It means that there is some hardware problem with the Xbox 360 console connection occurring due to the misplacing of cables in the ports. Turn off your Xbox 360 and disconnect all cables, now reconnect the cables and switch on the Xbox hope this helps.

1 red light flashing

1 red light indicates that there is general hardware related problem with the console, 2 red lights indicate the overheating of the console, 3 red lights indicate the red ring of death and 4 red lights indicate that you need to tighten your AV console wire. If you get any of the problems and your system is under warranty, you can ship your console directly to Microsoft and you will get back your Xbox 360 red ring fixed by the manufacturer, however it might take more than a month and you will also have to bear the additional shipping charges. If your warranty period is over, you will have to pay additional amount of $140, if you choose to send the Xbox 360 to Microsoft for red ring fix. Further you will have to also bear the shipping amount and wait for at least a month for getting your console back. However, you can avoid this and can repair your console your own. There are many good guides available at Internet and you can go through any one of them and can fix Xbox 360 red ring problems your own.

Xbox 360 red light

Repair Xbox 360 - 3 Red Lights 3-red-lights.jpg
James at joystiq fixed his own 360 that was flashing three red lights, which indicates an internal error.
If you have this problem try to fix it yourself before sending the unit in.
1) Remove your hard drive and/or memory units.
2) Run “Initial Setup” under the system blade.
3) Decline inserting HDD or memory unit when prompted.
4) Sync your controller and pop in a game.
It might save your xbox 360 a repair return.
