KLH R7000 "popping"

lately when i turn on my R7000, sat dish and tv, everything works fine, but after a few minutes, the speakers will "pop" and no more audio. I have checked all connections, they seem ok.
what's up?

I think I need to use a digital audio optical cable, which I will try soon.

what input u on were pops dish ? cheak audio out settings on dish box to pcm or uusing digital cable then use dobly digital
