Question about HP (EK423AA) 300 GB Hard Drive
I get a message
can not reconize usd device
blue power light is on and yello light constantly flickering.
A sheet with the drive says contact hp support to find avaiable updates for vista.
I found one update, but when I run it, it says I am not qualified for the update.
Hp tech usede remote desktop and they could not get it to work.
Some products are not compatible with vista if the product states that it does work with vista then you need to return for another one but if it does not state that it works with vista it will not work hope this hlps
