I can't get good connection quality on NBA Live 10

Why do I have a 100% internet connection quality with my playstation 3, but when I play NBA Live 10 my connection quality on the ea server is in the red (poor connection quality)?

More then likley the ea server is full or is in a location far from you.
Meaning if the server is full there will be a drain on bandwidth in the server itself.

A gaming server far from you will loose information or key packets along the line.

Try a reconnect to the server or go to another server less full.

Unless the game data is being saved to a memory card, I would say the hard drive might be going bad on it. Try swapping out the hard drive and then try playing the game again and see if it saves the data properly.

"ERROR 80710092" what the hell is this?!!
this means you timed out

go to the cache settings for the game and delete the update you downloaded

then redownload

if you cant find the cache for the update try to find a place with a better connection to the internet and try again
