Question about Canon PIXMA® MP530 All-In-One Printer
When i send a fax it dials and the other end answers as per normal however it will scan through one page and on the second page to be transmitted it stops and asks to clear document or stop transmission. It then prints a report detailing the transmission failed. Is this a setting issue or do you think it may be a roller problem.
Sounds like the rollers need to have them cleaned little rubbing alcohol and soft non fiberous paper towel to help clean
there is also in fax a paper feeder that needs to cleaned its like the roller but usually only one roller this mechanical device pops up grabs next page and pushes it into fax
make sure pages arent static cling to each other this will also make a one page fax happen
when you take a staple out of packet your faxing put a little air between pages this is static cling
