try default codes if you want unlock code There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safest way.unlock using software delete some information in memory i unlock my phone using codes ,i got codes from http://www.theunlockspot.com/samsung-a920/rs10wp9/ you can unlock your phone here I used codes to unlock my cell phone. i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked. you need to specify the country and network provider
I had the same problem when I went to send a text. Phone would lock then power cycle. Did manage to fix it though. In the menu go to settings, then security. It will ask you for your security code. If you know it put it in if you don't know it should be the last four digits of your phone # or possibly 0000. once in go to reset phone navigate to yes twice and it should reset after a minute and power cycle. You will not lose your contacts, pictures or schedules. You will have to reprogram your personal settings. like display and ringers.
