I am failing to switch from one PC to another. I am not the one who set up and do not know the hot keys to use. Is there a way I can do it. It's my first time to use it and I found the manual missing when I joined this company. It is working fine I am sure but only that I do not know how to switch to another PC.

Press the Scroll Lock key twice to toggle between the two machines. (Either the right or left scroll lock key will work) .
There is also an auto-scan mode which is accessed by pressing the Left Shift key and then the Right Shift key within about 0.5 seconds. This shows the screen for each machine alternating at a set rate until you press the Spacebar. The active screen when the spacebar is pressed becomes the active manual.
It may be possible that the KVM has gone bad. Make sure the keyboard is plugged into the keyboard port of the KVM as this is the only port on the KVM that will recognize the hot key commands. If you have ensured the keyboard is plugged into the keyboard port and you have tried multiple keyboard and still experience problems I would assume the KVM is having problems. IOGear KVMs have a three year warranty and their support can be reached by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
As a wild guess, it sounds like a static discharge MIGHT be affecting the switcher causing it to crash.
Try increasing your humidity to 40% and grounding yourself before touching the keyboard... This is the season for these static electricity problems... get nipped all the time and you MAY not even feel it to be enough to zap the switch.
Please make sure that the keyboard is hooked up on the KB port of the KVM. check underneath the GCS632U for the correct console port. you will see a keyboard and mouse icon. Make sure that the keyboard is connected to the keyboard port. tap scroll lock key twice to switch between computers.
