ON my Sansa Sandisk e260 i clicked Delete All Presets by accident, and it just froze!!!
I had my sansa for lik almost a week now, 1ne night i was flipping thru it and went on the radio options and clicked Delete All Presets by accident an then it jus froze for a long ass tyme, how kant i fix this?? the blue light stayed on screen stayed on everything!!!!

There are hidden files. To unhide go to "Tools" (located on the menu
bar) > "Folder Options..." > hit the "View" tab > select "Show
hidden files and folders". You will see more folders to appear in a
faded color. Click on the "MUSIC" folder. Click on the artist, then

if you want to remove ALL songs from you sansa go to my computer right click the icon that refers to your sansa model and click format. this will delete all pictures, videos, voice recordings, preset radio stations, and music. this is the only way i have find to delete music permanently. before doing this make sure you have your files backed up. also you must be in MSC mode to do this.
