I've got the same model with the same problem. I type "b" and it types "bu", I hit enter and it sends in some other non-printable character and an enter keypress. I hit "t" and it sends "tv".

I've honestly never ever gotten this thing to work. My first child was born shortly after I bought it, and I simply never had time to hassle with it after that. It is at least a nice looking piece of hardware sitting doing nothing for me.

I've changed channels, I've replaced batteries, I've rebooted. Anybody have any luck making this product work?

I have the same problem. I press "Q" and the keyboard types "QZ". Same with a few other keys.

Don't ever buy any of their products because after your warranty is over you have to scour the internet for problem resolution as they do not supply any assistance or product updates for legacy products. This should be illegal and the only way we can deal with this is by boycotting their products.

I also have this same problem of two letters entered after only one
key has been pressed. Eg. press "v" - get "vb".
Approximately 8-10 keys do this and they are centered on the keyboard.

    I have tried: uninstalling/reinstalling; uninstalling ps2 keyboard
and then reinstalling; rolling back/updating driver; various language settings
and restarting the computer on each attempt with no avail.

I have gone to the gyration.com website and they have absolutely no
info on their legacy products. I even searched their website for product codes,
model numbers etc without ANY results. The only things I can find that have any
relevance are: do not use more than one installation of keyboards; NT requires
a different driver; and an email address for questions about legacy products
(which I have had no reply and it has been several days).

Let me also say that I live in Canada, their products are sold here
yet they have totally ignored Canadians on their site. In the past I had to
contact them to get the Canadian distributor in order to purchase the battery
pack replacement for the mouse I got with this keyboard. I should add that the
mouse is working perfectly and that I prefer standard sized batteries (AAA)
than the proprietary battery pack which failed after about a year of usage.

This keyboard was working perfectly about a year or two ago on
another computer with XP (same as now). I keep everything but cannot remember
if this came with a cd, and if it did, I can't find it. I don't recall any
    problem with the set-up.

I have scoured the internet for information about this problem and
this site tends to have the most complaints about this product however NO
    ANSWERS to this problem.

When installing, XP chooses to use the standard MS HID device
    driver...Location-0; Version 5.1.2600.5512; 01/07/2001; kbdclass.sys;
    kbdhid.sys; (xpsp 080413-2108)

Is it possible to use another driver?

Is the installation wizard not installing the correct driver?

    Please Please Please.... someone HELP!!!

Finally, I agree with the last post that if manufacturer's expect
for us to buy their products, they should have to provide legacy product
info!!! There is no excuse. Our governments expect us to conserve, go green
etc, but we have to throw perfectly good products away because of support
    issues? Ridiculous!!!

Laptop keyboard not typing letters Z X S W 2 they worked just fine the other day and now they will not work and my comuter is still under warranty because i just bouth it back in OCT.2013

If the keys are hard to push you could have something under them, try vacuuming the keyboard. If they move freely, but you need to "mash" them you likely have a bad keyboard with the keys you mention as keyboards use a row and column method to detect key presses, and the keys you mention are often on the same column.

The letters B & N do not show up on the iPad3 using the Zagg Keyboard. This includes upper and lower case. All other letters show up fine

Joke-something against barnes and noble?
Try using something to stop the static buildup on those two keys. That could be the issue, esp. if you use them often. or was it always this way? a thin metal file should be rubbed under the keys GENTLY so you don't pop them. Then try again or consult your warranty.

My letter keyboard is showing numbers and not letter..please help. (advent laptop)

Laptops do not have as many keys as a normal keyboard so often they include the numbers over letter keys.
So, by mistake you pressed a ctrl or alt or [A] key that simply switches the keys from letters to numbers.
A light or indication must be ON on your laptop indicating that it's Numbers or Letters ON.

Find the key that changes the function and restore the function to letters.

Hi i have a problem with my key board.. if i press number 3 it shows instead 3 only it became 23 and same to letter e becames we,letter d becames sd ansd letter c became xc..please i need your help to...

This should be leakage in the keyboard touching sensors. Cleaning inside the keyboard may resolve this issue, otherwise you need to replace the keyboard.

The letter p on the key board is tying other letters. or it goes to my computer window. How can i fix it

Before you spend money on another keyboard,I would lay the keyboard on long clean table.

Turn the keyboad upside down and shack it.

Look for any metal part or black carbon part.

If you has compress air in a can then give it few blast.

Keyboard is cheap. I would not spend too much time on repairing it.

Hop into your system preferences and make sure you don't have anything turned on in Universal Access. If you don't, it's probably a bad corner of your keyboard there.
